These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Activation Access website and services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Activation Access provides a single membership that includes ad-blocking, a VPN, antivirus, and internet security tools across supported devices. We may update, add, or remove features to improve the service over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Free trial

New members start with a 3-day free trial. Your payment card is used to confirm you are a real user and to determine your region for licensing. Your card is not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

4. Billing & renewal

Unless you cancel during the trial, your membership automatically converts to a paid subscription at USD 39.99 per month, charged on a recurring basis until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing cycle.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard — no phone calls and no cancellation fees. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to bypass security, reverse-engineer the software, use the VPN for unlawful activity, or resell access without authorization.

7. Intellectual property

All content, software, and trademarks associated with Activation Access are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal purposes.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Please also review our Disclaimer.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or other users.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
